Two Voice Poem
Thomas and Minho
I am a newbie, but I am ready for the maze
I have ran through the maze countless times
I am/was the clue you guys needed to survive
We survived the maze I was your leader for several years
I never thought I had worked with WICKED
They had locked us up for most of our lives
From my memories I can remember some parts of the Flare
I had no idea that was even possible
WICKED has locked us up again
Another nightmare is about to begin
We have to pass the Scorch Trials just to find the cure to the Flare
Is the cure real? I don’t believe them anymore
My tattoo says that, I’m the one to be killed
My tattoo says that, I’m am the leader
Can we survive in this kind of desert?
Surviving will be difficult This is gonna be harder than the Maze
If we find other people, let’s talk to them
You can trust no one No, we have to fight No one can be trusted
Will we be able to cross 100 miles in two weeks?
Yes, we can do this… to survive
We are like rats in a labyrinth
We are being tested Once we find them we will make them pay for this
The Cranks we encounter could kill us or make us fall behind
We will be fast and avoid them
Will we be able to find group B?
Let’s not focus on that right now
We will take Brenda and Jorge with us they might help us
Or they might make things worse for us
They can kill us if we don’t bring them along, they outnumber us
Fine, but I won’t trust them
Me and Brenda will travel underground because of the explosion
Me and the rest will travel by foot above ground
Cranks have taken me and Brenda away
We will fight and find you guys
Thank you for saving our lives Minho
You’re welcome,I got your back this time
Group B and Teresa have captured me
This time you are on your own, you gotta catch up with us
Teresa is a betrayer, I will never be able to trust her again
I have never trusted her but look we have survived through another nightmare
We have survived the Scorch Trials
Great job! I can really tell you enjoyed this book because you have a lot of detail in your poem above
